Tip 1: All the train tickets price is face price of the train tickets on our website, you should pay service fee;

     Service charge for getting tickets at train office by yourself with issued number: USD25/per time for 1-5 tickets (must same train details)
Tip 2: Full payment is required at the time of making your train tickets reservation;
Tip 3: Please email us ([email protected]) all your parties passports copies after you made reservation;
Tip 4: Pre-sale period is 20 days before departure for all the trains, except Shanghai Kowloon train is 60 days. After we issued your train tickets, we will send you the final confirmation letter;
Tip 5: If you choose deliver the train tickets to your hotel reception or concierge, and you haven't received when you check in, it's your responsibility to email us / call us before making alternative arrangements.
Tip 6: If you couldn't get the train tickets by the issued number, it's your responsibility to email us / call us before making alternative arrangements. Certainly, if it's our fault, we will double refund to you;
Tip 7: Change Policy:
     You could only change the train ticket date, time and ticket class, not Dep/Arr Station;
     Before issued, you could change for free;
     After issued, if you choose by delivery, we will charge USD35 for change;
     After issued, if you choose by issued number, you could change for free;
     You could only change one time per ticket, and you couldn't cancel after changed.
Tip 8: Cancellation Policy:
     Before issued, you could cancel for free and get full refund;
     After issued, if you choose by delivery, we will charge USD35 for cancellation and refund you 95% face price;
     After issued, if you choose by issued number, you could cancel for free and get 95% face price refund;
     After issued, if you cancel at train station by yourself, we will refund you 95% face price after you send us the scan of bank receipt and we have received the refund from train station;
Tip 9: If you select get the tickets at train station with your issue number, you'd better arrive there at least 2.5 hours ago to get enough time to take the tickets. If you already get the tickets you'd better arrive at the station at least 1 hour ago before your departure time;
Tip 10: Passenger will be allowed boarding the train 30-40 minutes before departure time. Enter gate will be closed 5 minutes ago before departure;
