How do I book a transfer?

Visit our homepage, choose your airport (Pudong PVG or Hongqiao SHA), select a vehicle, and click "Book Now." Fill in your flight details and pay via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email within hours.

What are your prices?

Prices are fixed in USD and vary by airport and vehicle type. A superior car from Pudong Airport starts at USD 70. Check our rate table for full pricing.

Can I pay on arrival?

We prefer PayPal payment in advance to guarantee your booking, but on-the-spot payment can be arranged. Please email us at opsh@cpt-travel.com to discuss.

How does the meet-and-greet work?

Your driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. They will help you with luggage and escort you directly to the vehicle.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver will adjust the pickup time at no extra charge.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes. Our booking form supports both single and round-trip transfers. Simply fill in both the arrival and departure sections.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, please mention it in the comments section of the booking form or email us in advance.

What vehicles are available?

We offer superior cars (Toyota Camry), standard vans (Denza D9), deluxe sedans (Audi A6L or similar), deluxe vans (Mercedes V260), 14-seat minibuses (Toyota HiAce), and 22-seat coaches.

Do you serve other cities?

Yes, we also provide Beijing airport private transfers for both Capital (PEK) and Daxing (PKX) airports.

How do I cancel or modify a booking?

Email us at opsh@cpt-travel.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund or free modification.
